Working in the hospitality industry for a long time, we’ve got used to a lot of similar questions that our visitors tend to ask us. Here we’ve compiled all of those into one comprehensive list, for everyone’s convenience!
What is check in/check out time?
Our standard check-in time is 2:00PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 Noon the following day.
Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless Internet access available?
At the moment, as we are striving hard to acquire high speed fiber internet access, but hopefully by March will have the PLDT Fibr connection. We have a temporary broadband wireless connection ready for our guests to use.
How far away are you from the airport?
We are 4.6 km away from the airport approximately 5-10 minutes drive away from Lanzones Cabana.
Do you offer/provide tour packages?
We have a partner tour operator and can arrange island tour packages at the most affordable prices.
What are the inclusion in your room?
Our Modern Cabanas include complimentary 500ml bottled water, and guest morning kits. Our Superior Cabana has its own personal kitchen while our Standard Cabanas have a shared or common kitchen where guests can prepare their meals free of charge.
Your place is so colorful, why?
Lanzones Cabana is splashed with a lot of vibrant colors because we believe that COLORS make the world fun, beautiful and wonderful. The world is a but a huge canvas to our imagination (Henry David Thoreau), and our imagination shouts “Color Splash”.
When is breakfast served?
At the moment, we may not have a dining facility in our establishment, but we have a partner restaurant that will serve breakfast from 6:30AM – 9:00AM the most. Or you may have your breakfast packed to go and is available from 6:30AM-8:00AM.
How can I book Lanzones Cabana?
Lanzones Cabana offer various booking options. You may book through our website at www.lanzonescabana.com , or with our partnered online booking site (Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com), or directly though us at 0916.LANZONES (526.9663).
Is parking available at the property?
Lanzones Cabana have sufficient parking spaces where your car can safely be stored overnight.
Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?
Yes, we have multicab and motorbikes for rent at a very affordable price. Multicab is at 2,800.00 for 8 pax for 8 hours, that includes a driver/tour guide. Motorbikes are at 500.00 per day.
